Tapmitra provides a digital pass management platform that enables businesses to create, distribute, and manage loyalty cards, event tickets, insurance cards, transit passes, gift cards, and employee & business IDs.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for account security. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

Tapmitra offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card required unless specified. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Pricing is subject to change with prior notice.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

5. API & Platform Usage

You agree not to misuse APIs or exceed rate limits, reverse engineer or resell the platform, use services for illegal or fraudulent activities, or interfere with platform security or performance.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for end-user data legality and consent, compliance with local laws and regulations, and content and data accuracy within passes. Tapmitra is not liable for client-generated pass content.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Service Suspension

Failure to pay may result in service suspension. All billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date.
